Who is Vision Hill?
Vision Hill is more than a creation house—it’s a practice in remembering, reflecting, and rising.
We are a storytelling and media collective that partners with Indigenous organizations, sacred entrepreneurs, and visionary leaders to bring their stories to life with clarity, beauty, and impact.
Our work grows from the belief that storytelling is ceremony. Every project we create is an offering — a way to honor memory, place, and purpose. We stand beside communities who carry ancestral strength, cultural beauty, and the courage to tell their stories out loud.
At Vision Hill, we’re not here to impress—we’re here to resonate. Our work is built on care, respect, and shared purpose, because the best stories are born from authentic relationships.

Our Story
Vision Hill was founded from a calling — to use story as a way to remember who we are and to celebrate the voices that have always carried wisdom forward.
What began as a creative vision has become a movement of resonance: helping communities and leaders craft stories that reflect who they truly are. Each project is approached with intention, listening, and care, ensuring that what we create together is not just visually stunning, but deeply felt.
OUR PHILOSOPHY

Beauty with a Backbone
We believe media can honor memory, place, and purpose. That beauty should have soul. Vision Hill was born to honor Indigenous truth through story.
Every film, photograph, or campaign we create is shaped by three commitments:
For us, beauty is not surface-level—it’s rooted in truth, memory, and belonging. When art is created with integrity, it becomes a bridge between past, present, and possibility.
-
Honor cultural integrity in every story we tell
-
Show up with clarity and commitment to our partners and communities
-
Deliver cinematic, strategic, and meaningful work that moves both hearts and minds

Meet the Founder – Amy Watkins Floyd
At the heart of Vision Hill is Amy Watkins Floyd, a Muscogee storyteller, filmmaker, and creative director who has dedicated more than 20 years to cultural storytelling, community care, and strategic media.
Amy’s work is rooted in honoring Indigenous truth through story. She blends cinematic artistry with cultural integrity—creating space for voices that deserve to be seen, heard, and remembered.
Her approach is not just about production—it’s about connection. She believes that storytelling is a way of remembering: remembering where we come from, what we stand for, and how we rise together.
Through Vision Hill, Amy continues to build bridges between tradition and modern media—helping partners be seen with authenticity, understood with depth, and remembered with reverence.
Moving Forward—Together
Today, Vision Hill continues to grow as a space for story-driven creation and community collaboration. We are here to help stories rise—beautifully, truthfully, and powerfully.
Because when we tell our stories with integrity and heart, we don’t just share—we remember.
And in remembering, we rise together.
